Earlier this month, 24 participants from different Arch/Dioceses across Malaysia came together under Caritas Malaysia for an impactful Volunteer Management Training. ๐คโจ
This training was a follow-up to the Disaster Response Training held in September 2024, equipping participants with essential skills to manage and empower volunteers effectively.
๐ Lighthouse had the privilege to be part of this training, gaining valuable knowledge that will help us strengthen our mission and better serve our community.
